The Wilhelm-Löhe-Schule from Nuremberg, Germany and the Protestant Council of Rwanda (CPR) came into conversation via GPENreformation. The Wilhelm-Löhe-Schule learned of the great need for a new school in the Musanze district, a region that lacks good and above all accessible educational facilities. The Protestant school spontaneously decided to donate the proceeds of a Christmas event in 2016 and – together with other partners from Berne, Budapest and Leipzig as well as Brot für die Welt – enabled the start of construction of a modern and barrier-free school in northern Rwanda.
