GPENreformation invites to TALKS OF HOPE

GPENreformation invites to TALKS OF HOPE

From the first Advent to the last Sunday after Epiphany we celebrate that the bright light, that Christ appears to us – even in these difficult times.

Let us hold on to this hope together and be strengthened in it! For this we cordially invite you to the GPENreformation-TALKS OF HOPE! It starts on Monday, December 14 from 4 pm to 4.45 pm (CET): Live in Zoom, Council member Dr Birgit Sendler-Koschel (Protestant Church in Germany) will give an impulse on the topic “Advent(ure) in times of pandemic: How can we live our faith in the crisis?”
A second discussion is scheduled for January 11 at 11.30 am (CET) with Ambassador Jacomijn van der Kooij (Verus/Netherlands). Further dates will be announced shortly.

To participate, send an e-mail with the subject “TALKS OF HOPE” to team@gpenreformation.net. You will receive the link to the video conference shortly.

We are looking forward to inspiring and motivating discussions!

Do you remember the “Letters of Hope“, which were published weekly at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic? Council members, Ambassadors and committed members of the network wrote down which thoughts would give them support in these difficult times and called for global solidarity, hope and prayer. We have received overwhelming responses to these letters from many of you – thank you for that! The TALKS OF HOPE are intended to build on this and provide an opportunity for direct communication.
