International Project Meeting II: Developing Together

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, project planning arrangements have only been made digitally since October 2019, so the learning activity in Plön/Germany from 4 to 8 April 2022 was also used by the coordinators for a meeting.

They met immediately before the start of the learning activity to make final arrangements and used the marginal times daily for coordination and situational adjustments to the programme. In addition, a two and a half hour meeting took place on 6 April 2022, which was attended by all teachers, experts and coordinators. They discussed the following points:

Learning activity

  • Review: What have we achieved so far? What has gone well? Where do we see potential?
  • Outlook: What still needs to be done? Who is doing what?
  • Other: Ideas, difficulties, questions

As a result of the event, minor adjustments were made to the schedule for the next few days. In addition, concrete arrangements were made for the coming project weeks: It was agreed to set 12 June 2022 as the deadline for submitting the final work results. In addition, a video conference date was agreed for 24 May 2022, where the students can ask the experts final questions.

Another point of discussion was the multiplication events and the difficulties of holding them during the summer holidays. The project partners agreed to continue looking for ways to disseminate the results in a meaningful way.
