TTC Rubengera has received the award from GPENreformation

On 21^st August 2019  GPENreformation has offered to TTC Rubenegera the award of 5 tablets for the participation in the competition on “Peace and discord in protestant schools worldwide”.

Rev. Samuel Mutabazi, the director of the National Bureau of Protestant Education and member of the council of GPENreformation appreciated the school for being an active member in promotion of the GPENreformation objectives.

An ambassador of GPENreformation at TTC Rubengera, Ernest Nkurunziza, presented the understandings of students on peace at school.  He called parents and educators for a reflected conduct and actions towards learners to ensure that every protestant school become the right foundation of peace.

“Peace should be the culture in our life, family, society, and workplace”, noted the vice-president of Rubengera Presbytery, Rev. Zabulon Musabyimana. He recommended participants to become the light and act for peace beyond the school, local and national boundaries.

The principal of TTC Rubengera Yves Mulihira thanked the GPENreformation for the important award. The tablets will be useful in recording, picture and video taking as well as documentation of various educational and co-curricular activities at school.
