GPENreformation on the Move for Global Protestant Communities of Peace

Sorry, this entry is only available in German so far.

What is the Peace Education Period about? Which activities are already planned and how can you get involved? What role and function do the ambassadors of the network have – during the “Peace Education Period” and in general?

These and other questions were explored in the afternoon of the first day of the conference in Arusha. The results of the work are currently being collected and evaluated; among other things, they will be used to revise the self-declaration for ambassadors and to create a role description.

There was also reason to celebrate: more than 20 of those present decided to commit themselves particularly to global networking and to work as ambassadors in their countries during the last year.

With Karin Semler and Dick den Bakker, the meeting also confirmed and welcomed two new members of the Network Council.
