My name is WILLIAM LUCAS SHIRIMA, I live and work in Arusha Tanzania. Currently I work as a teacher in PEACE HOUSE HIGH SCHOOL located in Arusha city and is one of the Protestant schools own by KKKT North Central Diocese.
I have been here for almost nine years teaching chemistry and Biology for ordinary level. Am glade to be in Peace House High School because I get the opportunity to attend different workshops and seminars that nature my carrier, just like Quest designing program in Quest forward learning from Opportunity Education Foundation, Improving Teaching and Learning process and effective Teaching and Learning process through Learner’s Centered Methods/Approach from Mwenge Catholic University (MWECAU), Safe school and alternative punishments for indiscipline students from Mwangaza Education Centre etc
My expectation to join Global pedagogical education network (GPEN) is to share and learn from my colleague from different schools and institutions all over the world in Teaching and Learning process in a Peace and Conducive environment.
