Wendyrayna secondary school was founded in 2015 after acquiring its registration by the Ministry of Education in Tanzania. Its registration number is S.4841 and started enrolling students since 2015. It is a boarding school intended for girls and boys who are from vulnerable environment.
Rev. Winston Mdegela decided to construct and manage a school by raising students in Christian morals the experience he got when he headed schools run by the Lutheran Church – Iringa Diocese for more than ten years. Being a Lutheran Pastor helps him to shape and direct the management to lead the school in Christian morals especially Lutheran ethics.
The school is 15km from Iringa town and it has more than 50 acre for school and other developments.
