Thank you for your understanding.

As a Church of England Primary School we are committed to providing the best possible education for all our pupils within the framework of a caring and Christian community that supports each of its members. Our vision statement explains what is important to us, and the basis of all our work with your child.
Our school motto is ‘Be inspired to believe, achieve and succeed together’.

At Trowell C of E Primary we have agreed to follow 22 values grouped around four core foundations. These are statements that should define us, drive us and we aim that these will be easily evidenced in and around School. We aim that they will shape planning, decisions, team working, general attitude and therefore the whole school ethos. We envisage that each of these core foundations and the 22 values will form a key part of our daily collective worship times. They are on display in the school entrance and in our hall.

Love Others (John 15 v 12 – My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.) Forgiveness, Empathy, Patience, Friendship, Kindness, Generosity, Care, Thoughtfulness and Honesty.

Aim High (Colossians 3 v 23a – Work at everything you do with all your heart.) Ambition, Pride, Trust and Independence.

Believe we can do it! (Philippians 4 v 13 – I can do all this by the power of Christ. He gives me strength.) Determination, Confidence, Self-Belief and Resilience.

Do the right thing! (Luke 16 v 33 – Do to others as you want them to do to you.) Understanding, Self-Control, Respect, Courtesy and Humility
