Dr. Zephanie Rwamakuba (PhD)
Senior Lecturer, Researcher in Public Health Administration, International Dean of Students at Grace International Bible University (GIBU), Academic Dean of Rudolph Kwanue University (RKU) and Director of Academics at Muhabura Integrated Polytechnic college(MIPC – Rwanda)
He did many researches in Organisational Development, Strategic management, Project cycle management and Poverty reduction strategies & approaches.
Dr. Zephanie Rwamakuba, conducts a research in Public Health with Labor life balance in populations chronical conditions and he holds Doctorate of Christian Education (2021) PhD in Accounting and Finance (2016), Masters in Human Resources Management (2012), Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (2011), and a Diploma in Bible Curriculum.
He has also followed Professional trainings in areas such as E Commerce Capacity Building Training Courses, Association of Chartered of Certified Accountants (ACCA/CPA), International Institute of Certified Audit and Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP), African Germany Entrepreneurship Academy (AGEA), Comprehensive Sexuality Education Curriculum organised by Rwanda Education Board, School Management, Strategic Planning, Certificate of pedagogy training of Trainers, and Youth Political Leadership with UNDP
