The Presbyterian Education Unit, Eastern Region is a School Management Unit for all Presbyterian Church of Ghana Schools in Eastern Region. The Office is managed by the Regional Manager, Mrs. Ivy Asantewa Owusu, who doubles as the Regional Coordinator for the Project “500 SCHOOLS WORLDWIDE CELEBRATE 500 YEARS OF REFORMATION”.
The Office has Fourteen (14) Staff members, both teaching and non-teaching who carry out administrative and Supervisory responsibilities together with the Regional Manager. The Office was established in 1963 to ensure proper management and supervision of all Presby Schools in the region and also cater for the welfare of teachers and students within its jurisdiction. The Office manages Presby schools from Basic to Colleges of Education. The Office at the moment manages about 850 Schools across all level in the region.
