The school belongs to Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania. It is a co-school with 841 students of which 471 are girls and 370 are boys. 75% of the students stay in the dormitories within the school. There are 34 teachers and 20 supporting staff. Twelve subjects are taught which are Civics, History, Geography, Kiswahili, English, Biology, Commerce, Bookkeeping, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Bible Knowledge.
