The Instituto Rio Branco, during almost 200 years, follows the evolution and development of São Leopoldo and is consolidated as a school marked by discipline, tradition and respect. Its main objective is to form children that are responsible for a more human world.
The Instituto Rio Branco works for the integral formation of students from Early Childhood Education to High School and Computer Technical Course. Music, Drama and Dance Classes are offered so as languages and sports. Between doubts and uncertainties that now influence parents to choose an institution in which they can trust as co-manager of raising children, the IRB is proud to be an extension of the family. Respect, discipline, and mutual accountability predominate here. Students have the school as a second home.
At Instituto Rio Branco, there are 46 air-conditioned classrooms, 3 computer centers, 1 music classroom, 1 library, 1 science lab, 2 snack bars, 2 covered gyms, 1 auditorium for 600 people. Besides that, in order to improve the options offered, in 2015, the new exclusive building of the Early Childhood Education for children from 3 to 5 years old will be opened.
The Instituto Rio Branco aims to be a way of spreading an education that encourages the acquisition of knowledge and, above all, a way of becoming all involved people fulfilled and happy individuals. That is the purpose that Rio Branco works for day by day.
